So my assumption is that you are not the one needing reminding to do your chores! No, we should not have to remind our husbands to do their share of the work, but I have learned that things that blatantly stand out to us that need to be done, men just don't seem to notice. Our chore is learning to remind our hubbies in a discrete way that won't totally tick them off. Suggestions?? I'm still working on that one!
No, you shouldn't have to remind your partner to do their own chores. That's what being an adult entails. However, you are female and he is male...so you WILL have to remind him all the time. Hahah! I'm not married but I'm "married" and I've lived with him for over a year now. Trust me it doesn't improve. Just keep a message board and tally up all the chores he doesn't do. :) I also like to only wash my dishes and watch all of his dishes pile up. But I tend to break down and wash them myself. Haha.
